Good GPS, behind on updates

It's a great thing to have, as I have just started driving again after 11 years of bus riding. It did well on the Holiday trips. The only drawbacks have been in what is on maps. it show a Wendy's near my work that was torn down a couple of years ago and a Chick Fil A was just built and opened on that spot. Today it took me to a Golden Corral that was closed. While on my Holiday trip it showed a Hamrick's still in its old location when it had moved up the road over year ago.

Great GPS, very accurate

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This GPS seems to work quite well, is responsive, and affordable. It is , however, not as advertised. The specs list this unit as having "voice recognition". It does not.

Nuvi 55- Good

If I could I would have spent a little more for a higher model however the lifetime maps are nice to have and it does work great. I wish it would let you chose alternative routes. If it does I haven't figured it out yet. It got me where I needed to go so I'm happy with it.
