Some maps and road names are wrong and sometimes if she hasnt gotten to talk in a while, she yells out random things. For example, at a rest stop in montana, she yelled out cleveland, ohio. At least thats entertaining.

I purchased this garmen for an upcoming trip. I have one alreaady but it was packed away as I am in the moving process. I went in and shopped for a good value as not wanting to spend much since I already own one but was pleasantly surprised at how much I really liked this one!

Bought for my daughter and was a good choice to start with. I have an older 50LM and like the menus on it little better. Mine has lasted 5 years and is doing well. I hope my daughter's lasts as long. Basically, keep it out of the sun when not in use, or running the AC in summer..

My wife's iPhone 6 Siri app did just as well. We had both working at the same time on a trip to Mrytle Beach, and the directions and guidance were practically identical. It's not easy hearing my wife say "I told you so."

This GPS is funny. It would be perfect if it knows to prompt the turn of an exit at least 1 min ahead of time. It can drive you crazy sometimes. Just look on maps and have an idea where to go first and do not rely completely on it. I think i general Garmin GPS would be the same.

Since I was in need of an upgrade and had a big road trip coming up, I did a little looking around and arrived at this little gem. After a most satisfactory shopping experience, I walked away satisfied with a new GPS that serves me in very good stead.

I like the product. It shows which lane you need to be in on the expressway for each exit. The only thing i didn't like is that our old one had a tone to let you know to turn. This ones repeats the instruction right before the street to let you know to turn.

Loading maps is far easier than with TomTom, although the time required to fully load exceeded my estimate. The graphics are good and not cluttered for sensory overload issues. The mount device is also pretty good.

After attempting to use the gps in my smartphone, I must say this Garmin system is the best investment. All my data is easily storable and I don't have to remove it from the car letting me be distraction free and getting me safely to my destination!

I replaced my 5 year old Garmin with this new model and I can't believe the difference! With all of the construction in my area, it was spot on taking me to my route. I love that it shows me a picture of the exit I am to be taking...it's wonderful!

This is the not the first Nuvi that I've bought, and they take a good basic design and make improvements every time. I just bought it and it seems to work pretty well so far. My only complaint is that I can't tell when it's charging or even if it's finished charging.

For the money...cant be beat. Offers a lot of information.. just as more expensive units. Used constantly while on a golfing trip to Florida. It identified courses , restaurants, gas stations etc. An invaluable and affordable piece of technology.

Works well except for an occasional problem locating the satellite when first turned on. Not as intuitive and user friendly as one would hope, but the more you use it, the more you learn how to make it work for your needs. It isn't 100% accurate but pretty close.

I already had an Garmin GPS but it was outdated and would not take anymore updates. I got this one to replace it. I am able to connect it to my computer for updates and it does not obstruct my vision when in use.

I needed to replace my old Garmin. This has good reviews. Only minor compliant that I am unable to view upcoming directions on the side of the map as my previous Garmin allowed. Could be operator error through. Other than that, I'm happy with this purchase.

It is wonderful GPS device. The voice is adjustable, and loud enough to hear even in the noisiest traffic. No false directions or loss of reception. Bright color screen that you can see in the brightest day time. It is very satisfying buy.

I have had Garmin GPS units for many years and have found them to be very accurate and easy to use. I like the large screen on this unit and the split screen on off ramps. Nice to use to find restaurants and places of interest while traveling.

I had a garmin right before I got this one, so I was already comfortable with it. They made some improvements to this one, and it is more detailed about the lanes that you need to be in and I even like this one better than my last one.

I mean I guess you get what you pay for. It's good, but even though how many times I tried to update it, I still can't find many roads on my navigator. so I would just go on and use google as an offline wifi setting only when I can't find a place.

Bought a new Garmin GPS because I was satisfied with my old one and figured it would be easier to use the same brand, but there are so many changes that it's much more difficult than I expected. I'm not saying it's a bad product, but not what I expected.
