While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, it does what it's supposed to do with a minimum of settings. Nice display and easy to set up. Of course you need to update the software and maps before you use it to make the most of it.

I thought it was a little pricey until I use it. Its worth every penny no more I thinks this is the right lane, lane guidance show actual picture with lanes highlighted I luv it!!!!

I'm not one to read a whole lot of instructions....that being said, I'm learning something new on the GPS almost every time I use it. I've owned at least 5 before this one and I can't imagine coming up with all the features......

I've used this in the country and in cities. It's been great with directions, and I love being able to find restaurants and gas stations with it. The only drawback is that I can't listen to my ipod over the speakers when this is plugged in.

Great size, good response. Lifetime maps and traffic is a plus. But the only con (until now since bought 1 month ago) is the battery duration. Without the plug cord it only last 1 hour.

I upgraded and love it. It actually tells you what lane to get in about a mile or so before exit if you are in a multi lane situation. Great for large cities !!! Glad I bought !!!

I purchased this for my second vehicle. My old Garmin (6 years old) is still working well and in my wife's vehicle now. This new one adds junction view and a larger screen.

Have a Garmin for the last few years still works fine. Bought a 2nd for the other car. The new one has additional finder features and works really well. Just used it on a long trip and it always knows where we are.It is a Great Product.

This GPS really makes it simple to find were your going. It takes a little getting used to, but once I got an idea about how to use all teh features, it's been a time saver.

I travel a lot for my job and need up to date directions. This is one of the best I have had. The traffic update has already saved me hours of time sitting in traffic.

My husband bought for me for my birthday. I travel all over for my business, I don't leave home without it. It is easy to use and understand, the Garmin GPS are the best.

It was very easy to set up. the screen is easy to see in the vehicle both day and night. Small enough not to block view, but large enough to see without glasses.

My wife was needing a GPS that was easy to use and I bought this one for her. She was able to set it up and program it with little to no help. Thanks Garmin..

On a camping trip to Seattle my GPS stopped working (another brand) so I stopped at the first Best Buy I could find and bought the Garmin. Other then not finding the exact address of two different campgrounds it worked well.

This item replaced a Magellan tat went south on me during an update. I like this item much more than the one it replaced. The interface isn't very intuitive. The lack of manual makes it difficult to get started. Once you learn a few things it works great. So as long as you are not buying it in the midst of a trip and need to get into it fast this is a great choice. The time it takes to update a GPS from the web is stupid long. Doing it at a free wi-fi access spot is very time consuming. The Magellan was just as if not slower than this was but it just should not take so long.

I would buy this for someone who isn't computer friendly. Easy to use. Very easy to follow while driving as to not be distracting. Maps are accurate so far.

I love this GPS, was so very useful on my trip from NC to RI. My old unit died and to upload new maps it would have cost more than this Garmin cost me.

Like I said, great features. A little annoying that it beeps every time you're in a school zone but I think that can be changed. But less than 2 weeks after I purchased it the screen froze up and it stopped giving directions. I couldn't turn it off or anything. Once it ran all out of battery it turned off and then was able to restart and work fine. So if you buy this get the warranty. Also, the arrows on the screen pointing which way to turn or what lane to be in are very pale and can be hard to see in the sun so you have to be a bit more dependent on the voice saying instructions aloud.

Got this to replace my old GPS unit after getting stuck in New York City traffic for three hours. So far so good I like the speed limit functionality and unlimited traffic and map updates are a huge plus for me!

Worth the money, easy to use. Good durability, easy to set up and program initially. Could improve suction cup stand, not as strong as it could be for the price. Recommend you purchase upgraded holder for your car.
