Maps not fully up to date but overall good product

Great sound, clear screen, and traffic warnings make this better than ever. This is the only GPS we buy for work vehicles and I bought a Garmin for my wife as well. The lifetime update option makes this a killer deal on an already great project.

Great features plus free map and traffic upgrades...

I have bought several GPS systems. This one is bar far the best in giving accurate and helpful directions in plenty of time to make decisions. When my others go bad, I will be buying this unit again.

Had to return the first one in two weeks because it would not turn on, but the second one has been working great. I was replacing an earlier version that lasted for 4 years. I would recommend this unit for a beginner or an experienced person.

I purchased this for a cross country road trip that my wife and I just took. It helped us to successfully navigate from Texas to Missouri to Tennessee to Florida to Louisiana and back home again all the while helping us to avoid traffic and road construction hazards. An all around excellent purchase.

Overall I love it. I would be lost without it. It saves me so much money on gasoline. North..South..East..West.. not an issue. If I get lost it will get me back on track. The unit is great for finding restaurants, general businesses, and especially gas stations etc. I don't know how anyone can get along without this.

Love my Garmin. I initially bought it for a long trip we were taking into areas we didn't know at all. I use it all the time now. I love the updates for construction zones, the notifications for school zones, and the route options given when stuck in traffic or just needing a different route.

Had a Garmin before love the brand but wanted the life time updates. this one has all of that and more its the best one I have had so far I would tell anyone its worth its weight in gold

This is my fourth unit with Garmin and I've been happy with all of them the reason , I've gotten new ones is its cheaper to upgrade to a new one then buy the updated unlimited maps which this one includes for the life of the unit.

I've had a few places that the unit couldn't find. No other complaints as it shows all the street and roads as you travel. I haven't tried updating the unit yet which may cure the " can't find the location" message. I'm a classic car nut and use it for the speedometer in my 55 Chevy.

I bought this GPS for my parents. They've been using it without any problems. Based on the pictures, I thought the graphics would have been better. They aren't bad, I just think the pictures made it seem like they would be better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

With today's DETOURS due to heavy road construction I can now sit back and not so worry about missing the exit sign and if I missed my turn and if I need to turn around, this is a sweet little device that is giving me a bit of confidence, it also can be silenced.

I went to Best Buy to find a new GPS. I used an older Garmin and I was paying about $100 per year for updates. The Best Buy Sales Associate pointed me to the system I love. Free updates and live traffic updates. Unbelievable. No more paying for maps. I lov eit.

For this price, one should be able to view a variety of routes that take into account current traffic and this is completely unavailable. Had to return the device because i found myself having to google directions prior to leaving and match them to the GPS - they rarely did. i don't know where they get their routes from but i'm hoping a more expensive model has more features because otherwise this is a great unit!

I really like the traffic feature, as well as the minutes that are added to the final arrival time after traffic. My other GPS didn't have that.

Our latest Garmin GPS is proving to be another great unit. The touch screen interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The detailed view of lane selection when approaching multi lane interchanges is awesome. Garmin makes great stuff!

I bought this GPS for work because I couldn't rely on a GPS signal with my cell carrier. I have never once lost a signal with this. I've used it in VA, TX, OK and in the Ozarks of MO.
