i think the garmin is not as good as the model i had 5 years ago...it seems to not have as much varying qualities as previous models. if had to do over would have went with a different model

Good for the price displays well very durable once in a while it will state a previous direction that is not useful

I love this garmin, went on vacation when I first got it. It's a life savior' never got lost once, ah. Easy to find points of interest, and to locate places to eat and gas stations. The voice is really clear and easy to understand.

Got the GPS as a gift. Already have used it twice on long trips without use of a map. I found it very dependable as well as reliable. I do not participate in reviews, which should say a lot of how I feel about this product.

Got this to replace my Garmin 550. The lifetime maps are definitely a plus. Operates much like my old 550 unit, so there is not much of a learning curve. I like the split screen when merging onto confusing freeway interchanges.

Still works. Lifetime map updates are still supported. But that battery. Battery doesn’t hold more than 2 mins worth of a charge.

Works and looks great, though it sometimes gets confused and has to be reset. It thinks I'm in one place but I'm somewhere else. Also it was misprogrammed and once sent me to consumers energy instead of consumers credit union.

Found on my way to Canada that my current GPS didn't have Canadian maps. After stopping at several stores found this one and was great. Got us everywhere we wanted to go.

Comparing to the GPS that came with our car, I am so much more impressed with this product. The talking directions are more concise and there are more options in searching for local places to visit or need to go to.

My step-son was going to work in Colorado for a cable business.This was a great birthday gift to help him find the places he would need to go. It was on sale and had a life-time update. He was very pleased!

This is one of the best GPS units I have ever owned. The details are great and the unit stores a large amount of data which make searching for locations easy.

I have only had this GPS for one month and found one address that it does not recognize. I never ran into this problem with my older model Garmin. When I make a stop, it is nice to not have it constantly "recalculating"

Works real good. Tells what the speed limit is. Shows exits in a side window.

This is the second one that I have now. One that I use for work and the other in my car.

I picked this up for travel and business so it needed to be lightweight enough to throw in my briefcase and reliable enough to get me to appointments on time. I'm satisfied and like the traffic notifications.

I have used Garmins for years. I like the 5" screen and lane assistance. Although I updated prior to a recent trip, it was confused in the Grapevine, Tx area where major road construction was recently completed

The product performs well as advertised by manufacturer. For price this exceptional. Cons, if any, is glare from sun whether mounted on winshield or on dashboard. Unfortunately, nature of design.

I love this GPS and will tell others to buy it. the map and display looks good and I love how it shows the speed limit in each area that you are in.

I had an older Garmin Nuvi so I thought I knew what I was getting. WOW amI happier than I ever thought. Graphics are superb! I love that it shows which way you'll be turning before you get there.

I have used my new Garmin on 4 trips now across Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. It gave me a sense of security and allowed me to focus on my passengers and not my destination.
