Not completly accurate

It sometimes tells you to turn the wrong way and gives indirect routes to travel at times. Lifetime updates are good unless you have an XP operating system. It won't work on XP. For the price, I'm not totally impressed.

Received a bad unit

Luckily, Best Buy replaced the unit without any hassle or red tape. Overall, I have been very happy with the Garmin products. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident.

accurate directions but glitchy features.

I use the maps itself to get where I need to go. Best buy and geek squad will do nothing to help me and say it's a manufacturer thing yet Garmin says the opposite and say to bring it to the store. I miss Circuit City.
