This GPS works great! Right out of the box you can hook it up and update the maps and system files with no problem. Easy to use and navigate. The free lifetime map updates are a huge plus!

While I like the size of the screen, the voice command function is less that desirable. With that said, I still have it 5 stars because the voice commands are really not that important to me.

Performed extremely well in Europe. We were able to punch in our destinations from home and call them up once we were traveling in Europe.

I have been a Garmin supporter from day 1. I still have and use my original from many years ago. With the new technology, lifetime maps and lifetime traffic, they just keep getting better.

I like the speech recognition, and the display is really easy to see. The only problem is the speaker. But the sound is better than all of the other devices that were in the store.

Directions are on points and hasn't directed me in the wrong direction yet. Easy to use and the live traffic is very helpful. Great I'm the city.I can get a snapshot of the highways before I leave my house to avoid traffic jams.

needed a quality bluetooth platform for hands free while in vehicle. the garmin met that requirement and provides very gps, as well.

I really like the size of the screen.!!! Can hear clearly and see easily. I have it placed on Driver's side on bottom left of windshield Where it does not interfere of my view.

Many great improvements compared to older models. Really like the Bluetooth feature and the free lifetime map upgrades. I don't have to worry about buying upgrades every year .

My husband loves the bigger screen this model has. He relies on the Garmin GPS daily to get to customers homes for his job. Love the extended warranty option through Best Buy also!

Had problems with latest map update. Spent a long time downloading it, then had to reverse update in order to get the the gps software update. An error message came on that said I would need to add a memory chip in order to get more map updates. Can't find out what chip to buy--their website was no help. I still can't get the latest map update without the chip. While purchasing the gps, the salesman told me the gps to electric outlet cord was in the box. When I got home, there was only a gps to computer and a gps to car outlet cord.

It is quick to boot and calculate routes. Life time map update is great. Only drawback is the in-unit battery: does not retain charge for long. As a GPS, it is a good product.

I got this for my nephew when they were here last Thanksgiving and he used it right away out of the box on their way back to Canadaand he said it was awesome. Great product

I had an earlier version and was glad many of the operating instructions are the same. It's easy to use and very helpful.

Really like the large screen and live traffic updates. Easy to use and see at a glance.

So easy to use and the voice command is awesome. You can see who is calling and answer the call on it. Hard to miss a turn with the preview than comes up before the turn.

We like the GPS system we purchased. Have used it on two trips so far. The only thing we aren't crazy about is the clicking noise it makes every time you touch it.

Large screen lets you view multiple features at once. Higher definition too. It shows you your exit ramps clearly as well.

GPS has numerous features that a phone cannot offer. The screen is very clear and big.

works very well for city and countryside. Not entirely intuitive to set up or input standing addresses etc., but doable with practice and the booklet instructions.
