Garmin has improved the user interface and features for this unit. I like how quickly it computes a course and re-calculates quickly as well. The only reason I didn't put five stars is because Garmin still has not fixed their logic errors - e.g., the GPS unit tells you to exit, do a U-turn, then get back on the highway (and other crazy things).

Speed limit data from Garmin still hasn't been updated for several years, and all school zones register as being speed zones continually throughout the day, rather than during the times they are active speed zones. Overall it's a good product, with a few minor irritations.

Easy to use. Like address entry as compared to my prior brand.

I like the voice activated part.......works 90% of the time. Once in a while I think the road noise does not allow Garmin to understand your command. Overall I like it very much

My old Garmin died after several years. This one is an inch larger and so much easier to see. It's also easy to use although there are many features I haven't used yet.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS HEADING TO SOUTH PADRE. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I FELT ALOT BETTER ABOUT HER TRAVELING WITH THIS TO SHOW HER THE WAY. SHE LOVED IT. SHE CALLED ME ON THE BLUETOOTH AND WAS SUPER CLEAR

I gave 2 stars bcoz of big scree, step by step voice guide and bluetooth that can be paired up with cell phone N use your mobile data. I'm uber driver-full time. It takes loke forever for calculating routes n riders start yeling to drive since they are paying for it. It takes really too much time to calculate routes. Mount is of v.v.poor quality. It cannot hold the weight of this heavy gps so my gps used yo fell down from windscreen. I night another1 from market to solve prob. gps start giving message just in 1 month that cable is not capable for live traffic update use other 1 while I'm still using genuine Cable so it's no longer "lmt" for me is just "lm" means no traffic updates just map update. straight NO based on these facts for any1 who wanna buy. Don't go for it.

dont think twice, buy this unit,i downloaded two sets of map updates, simple but time consuming. this will save your marrige on a road trip, worked flawlessly. maps and directions were spot on in both canada and us

Good GPS with advanced options and can be operated easily

I purchased this GPS Just before making a trip to Idaho I had put the address of motel I would be staying at and the GPS took me of the highway in a farming area and led me around for over an hour and finally said I had arrived at my destination which was some Farmers field. Miles from were I had to be. It works well for all other places.

Easy to use, nice clear screen , like the size of the screen

I have not programed the voice command. When you first turn it on, it blinks not closing the picture, it takes like 10 minutes for this to stop. Easy to enter addresses. Hope it lasts more than a year. Last 2, L65 did not make it a year till they needed to be replaced.

My Last Two GPS Units Were Tomtom, Strangely After Two Years It Can No Longer Update. The Garmin Has A Memory Card Slot So I'm Hoping That Will Not Happen Again.

Awesome GPS. I especially like the fact that it pronounces the street names correctly. It also gives you directions as if you have someone with you that knows the area very well. For instance it will say turn right at the next light, or turn left at the Circle K, etc.

Great for road trips. No more staring at paper maps.

My mother had been wanting a GPS for awhile now, since she works for PartyLight as a consultant. This little gem had all the right bells and whistles, as well as having a large display for her limited vision. I managed to get an open boxed version of this for about $50 less at the store, so do your shopping before committing!

I'm on the road 4 days a week traveling from customer to customer. I upgraded my GPS because my old one was on the brink of collapse. Having this new GPS has made me appreciate all the new bells and whistles. I love the new voice recognition system which enables me to speak the address instead of manually typing it into the unit. I would rate the unit higher but there are times when the voice recognition system just does not deliver. There have been several instances where it comes up no where near the client that I had intended. FYI, I did not buy the most expensive unit but I did buy the next best one. I believe that the best one has the microphone on the front of the unit which would probably make a big difference. With the microphone being on the side facing the window, background noise probably inter fears with the recognition. Other than that, I would recommend this unit to anyone. By the way, the trip planner app is awesome. Being able to optimize your trip, add additional stops, delete destinations, and change starting points has made this unit worth every penny. If you are on the road as often as I am, do yourself a favor and purchase this unit or the next step up. You won't be disappointed.

This GPS unit has all the features I needed. Talking directions including not only route or street names but also business locations on the corner where turns are made. An example would be: turn left at CVS. There is lifetime updates and traffic information.
