There voice command may not provide the best performance in the following situations or scenarios: noisy environment, device is too far from the user, and loud verbal commands.
Also, please ensure your device has the most current version of its software which can be done through Garmin Express (www.garmin.com/express). This is a free program from Garmin, but if you need assistance downloading it to a compatible computer, please use the information from the Garmin FAQ link/URL below.

Just remember to speak clearly as "she" sometimes picks up different words than what you say.. Bought for my husband who drives a lot and this updated model is perfect. He loves it.

It's a new model, which is good. Come with the lifetime traffic and map update. the only problem is the speaker is little bit small. The max volume is but loud when you compare to other GPS.
