I have always bought the Geek Squad and/or Insurance Protection and Warranty Plans offered by Best Buy at the time of purchase. After a few years of excellent service, all of them have failed due to accident or extensive wear. I appreciate the nationwide service provided by Best Buy Stores, which provided immediate replacements of the products under warranty while I was on the road. No hassles! I have come to rely on the great Nationwide network of Best Buy Stores honoring their warranties, which provides me with Peace of Mind when I am on the road!

Great GPS for travel.
