I love my new Garmin. It has really helped me get around neighborhoods with which I'm not familiar. I like the big screen and vocal directions as well as map directions that are easy to read/follow. I can't wait to use it on some upcoming driving trips I have scheduled.

We have 2 older Garmin GPS's and they have really improved this product. We can read this in daylight now, it is larger and easier to read and the directions are much better. We both love these much better than the previous. Another wonderful feature is that you can talk to it and tell it where you want to go.

Purchased this unit to use with work related travel. The Bluetooth connection to your cell phone works great; features easy to access either through the touch-screen or through voice commands. Only negative I will give the unit is that it has difficulity in finding certain street names using the voice command feature.

The Garmin was great on our trip to Southern California. I loaded the iPhone app which connects nicely to the GPS with blue tooth for using contacts and iPhone maps. We did not use the iPhone talk to the Garmin but this is a nice feature. The traffic feature is excellent. I also loaded Garmin Base Camp to my laptop. Then transferred data from the Garmin to the laptop. It is nice to be able to see all of our past trips on the map on my laptop.

When my old Garmin gave up after 5 years, I couldn't believe how much more I can do with my new Garmin - nüvi 2689LMT 6 GPS. I'm still having fun learning what it can do, and will be giving it a great workout on a trip to Louisiana next week. I especially like the voice command capabilities, as well as all of the information available to us as we travel.

Works great, lots of features to cover every aspect of your travels. Large screen for easier viewing.

We bought this to get something easier to see and more reliable than phone. So far it has performed well. The split screen with real photos is great. Don't quite comprehend the move to just saying turn right rather than naming the street, that can be confusing if you can't look carefully at the screen in traffic, also some long term construction was not noted but overall we are happy with it.

I went to Montrose Best Buy to buy a cheaper version of Garmin and was shown the extra features of this one by the Best Buy employee. I am so glad that I spent the extra bucks and bought this unit. It has so many features and works great. Helped us in a traffic situation on a recent trip and saved us several hours.
