Very easy to use and set up. Features are easy to see.

We recently moved to the northeast from California. In the beginning, my wife would call me frantically from the road. She would cry and say she was lost. It got so bad, she would just pull over to the side of the road. One time, a NY state trooper, was kind enough to escort her back to the highway. Her smartphone could not get her to the destination without stopping several times. We finally decided to get this device and now she doesn't call home except to say hello. I have an older Garmin that, unfortunately, ran out of memory for the new map upgrades. When searching for a new GPS, I was already biased towards Garmin and the features of this unit top anything else I've seen on the market. Although you can use your smartphone for GPS, you don't get all the added benefits of a stand alone unit that works faster than any smartphone I've seen. The lane guidance was a HUGE benefit during my trip to central Florida and traveling from Tampa to Orlando. Being in big cities and trying to understand traffic patterns is very difficult, and this unit makes it a breeze. You won't be disappointed with the product, you'll just feel a little pinch on your pocket book (it's worth it).

Had an older generation Garmin that did not have updated maps. This Garmin was easy to use from the beginning. Graphics are awesome and the menus are great. Only issue is when speaking a place or address the system rarely gets it correct even on multiple tries.

I have had it for 2 months . Used it on I75 down to Florida. I don't see it doing the recalculating as my other one did. I need to spend time online to download the manual. I found that the map changes direction when your car does. That is a nice feature. Having lifetime maps and traffic is wonderful. Never had the traffic before. Smart feature. I know I am going to get better at using it and I already love it better than my Zumo because of the clarity of the screen, bigness of screen and the other features it has. Too bad it is not waterproof and can't be put on a motorcycle but I will figure a way around that!

I used the NUVI during our vacation in Washington DC. Multiple times it routed me around I-95 traffic saving me time sitting on the road. It's screen is large enough that you don't have to stare at it.

Beautiful design, traffic updates are quick and accurate. The live camera app shows live traffic cameras on various highways, streets. I find that feature very useful. The weather feature is ok it could be better. But overall im happy with the purchase

I use this GPS every day, not for directions for the traffic. I used it on vacation and had no problem getting where I was going quickly. The battery life is so so when used as a hand held device.

This GPS really is helpful. The instructions are clear. The 3D is helpful. The use of landmarks instead of street names makes it easy, even for my daughter, to use. The magnet mount with built in speakers is a terrific feature. Best GPS that I have every had.

Bought this for my wife as a gift for her new car and she absolutely loves it as she never gets lost now, which also gives me some peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about her getting lost.

This is Garmins top of the line gps, a little pricey, but i like the 3d

Have not truly tested it for all it has to offer. That test comes in less than a week. Summer Trip. So fair it has more to offer then we will use, but available should we need. Voice Command a must, just enter info before hand. Impressed so far.

this was a great purchase.We traveled with it and it got us to where we had to go.Never used a map or mapquest.Just used the Garmin.Very reliable.We dont travel alot so this came in hand.

I don't want to have to depend on using my phone for directions when I might be using it for a phone call this solves that problem and much more. Screen resolution is incredible and the voice command feature mixing using it hands-free a snap

Purchased the Garmen after losing the Magellan. The Garmen has so many more options. It shows you landmarks along the way such as gas stations, restaurants, banks, etc. The voice command makes it safe and easy to use while driving.

Works like a dream abouselty perfect it's a little confusing at time but you'll get use to it

Simply put, this is a significant improvement over any portable GPS unit that I have used. While the iPhone is convenient, this is a nice addition with more accurate directions and amazing graphics. Well worth the price in my opinion.

Best gps to own, haven't had any trouble yet. It's solid !!!
