While it has most of the great features.... it severely lacks dependability..... Constantly losing the GPS signal! Never had that problem with any other model in the present vehicle then I am driving now. Calling customer service done nothing but give me excuses like "mobile phone to close to GPS.... Radar unit interfering with GPS signal, etc... Never had a problem with any other Garmin GPS unit! I have taken and traded this unit in twice figuring I just got a bad unit but this being the third unit still has the same problems. Would happily trade this for previous models but unfortunately they are no longer available. I usually purchase a new unit every other year... Anxiously awaiting an improved unit to become available! I constantly travel in the GPS is mandatory!
