I like the fact that it offers free map updates!!!

I got 5 and everyone likes them. they were gifts..

I bought this to go on a trip to Canada since my phone didn't work across the border. The GPS stopped working and wouldn't turn back on for about 20 min. It was plugged into the charger and was not dead. Every time we turned the car off and turned the GPS off, it took many tries and about 20 min to finally get the thing to turn back on. Eventually had leave it on and hide it while we weren't in the car so we could make sure we could get back home.

I've returned this tablet once already and today in returning the other one. They will occasionally not come up. I have to plug it back in and wait a while even tho it had a full charge.

I this device did not come with directions. It took me 45 minutes just to get it to realize we were in ohio and to program my home address in. It doesn't always respond to touch. I have to keep trying multiple times.

It's hard to understand and control. At times it does not get me to where I want to go. I put the address and it says not found and I know the address is correct.

For the price, I would not purchase this again. It constantly revises the route for your final destination. It also does not select the shortest distance.

Well first of all best buys customer service is really bad big time cause i have purchased this gps from states and i had been told that it's gonna work fine in canada where i live but as soon as i get back from states it stopped working. i have been on phone for hours and no body is giving me a solution and its been a month. they said best buy is the same as america but it's still two different stories. u wanna go through this try to buy stuff from best buy.

Unable to use updater service. Not compatible with microsft netframework. Garmin blames microsoft and microsoft blaming garmin. Gave both remote access to my computer and neither could get it to work.

I purchased this device and added maps for Ireland. We turned off the US maps and took a vacation to Ireland and it had us going through the middle of nowhere 2 hours out of the way 4x over our vacation. This was very frustrating, but once we arrived many locals said look at the map and there was a major highway the whole trip. It also reacts very slowly.

I expected a user-friendly GPS and it was not--nor was it the easiest to configure. I'm happy with the voice but have lots more to learn about it.

Although TV performs poorly due to known light bleed issues, the team at BB were more then helpful and amenable when it came to making the exchange. Considering all the bad reviews and the known issues with this particular TV, BB should not be permitting their team to influence customers to make this purchase! The problem has not been fixed on Sony's end, which was extremely disconcerting and disappointing.

I got this New GPS because my old one broke, something was wrong with the cable connection on the back. I had it for many years. This new one is also a garmin but the maps are wrong, is not as easy to operate and it chooses the wrong route 80% of the time I hate it. I will update the software to see if it gets better. Awful, I just bought this thing and it doesn't work

This is a very mediocre products it definitely reflects the price

I was going to exchange but they were out except for the really expensive ones. Woun not recommend

My Tom Tom did this just made trips shorter watching your miles to go go down as you drive

This product was a very disappointing choice. I selected it because of the cost, and now I see that you get what you pay for. I had to return it for a full refund after three days of use. Unfortunately, Best Buy had nothing in the same price range to offer me so I had to spend even more money to purchase a more costly replacement.

I have not used it very often, but it worked fine.

Its technology its made to break, cheaply made like everything else

Hard for to set destination, map on screen is not easy to understand.
