This is my first GPS and it works great. Just plugged it into my front seat console and worked great. Wonderful detailed directions by voice.

As a cab driver this device really helps me out especially with the lifetime map updates. Can't count how many times I've avoided road blocks with this.

So far it has been very accurate and helpful for me as I am in an area that I am not familiar with.

i just downloaded latest map updates and still don't have a lot of streets in my area. i called Garmin support and they told me it takes more then a year to update new developments. i'm like what. i had my tom tom and it had all those streets that are build in 2015.That's not lifetime update

Easy to set up and easy to use after a few times of using it. Life time updates is a great feature.

Only used once so far. Got me right there. I think this is going to be a great product.

I am pleased with my Garmin navigation it works exactly as the other reviews described.

This is the second garman. My first one I wore out. I would not get any other brand.

Good gps especially if you don't care to have all the extras.

The item works as expected. No issues detected so far.

First off you have to love the lifetime updates for maps. That alone is worth purchasing the Garmin NUVI 57LM! The 5" screen is big enough to see. but not an obstruction to your driving. The turn preview screen assures you are on the right ramp. I highly recommend the NUVI 57LM as a great GPS at a low cost!

Plugged it in and it worked. Haven't been lost yet.

I really don't understand why this product keeps dying every 2-3 years, but this was a replacement for my last one. It's fine. It works. It's still sometimes not up to date on the maps, I'm still yelling at sometimes, it's still taking me the long way sometimes but I get to where I need to go.

My youngest daughter just got her first car and I bought this for her to make sure that she always gets home safely. All of my family members have a Garmin and I highly recommend the product line. We've been using them for years and will continue to purchase this brand.

I had initially bought traffic model, but I exchanged it with this one (57LM). It works fine without any hassle. Using it since few weeks now. Easy to use with ample basic features that I wanted.

I like the Garmin GPS. I had my previous one for about 10 yrs. Although now that I'm getting older, I think I am going to return this one for a larger screen, but nothing wrong with product. Love it.

We bought this for our 19 year old driver. It has everything she needs without the stuff she doesn't. Like reading text while driving.

I bought it when it is on sale. I like the screen size and display resolution is pretty. The sound is clear even with the car radio is on. So far so good. No compliant.
