I purchased this unit for my husband when his last one suddenly quit working. It is a nice large screen and it's easy to use. He is very happy with it.

Does a great job of navigating. I always feel like I'm on the right road and don't worry, unlike some other navigation systems. Easy to follow the commands.

Like the bigger screen, but not as intuitive as older version. Don't like the fact that it's not easy to figure out how to change states when traveling. Last model (purchased 5 years ago) let me get to a screen that said: change state. Can't figure out how to do this easily on this model. Older model showed a list of location options once an address was entered. This one does not. Despite the negatives, Garmin is still a good alternative to using data on your phone to navigate.

Very nice unit, it will do everything that I need, it is very easy to program, I had it up and programmed for my destination in a few minutes.

Very user friendly and convenient size". Had been using an older, smaller Garmin for years. Cannot believe how much they have been improved. Love it!

We recently traveled to Utah. We flew to Vegas and then rented a car and drive 3.5 hours to Duck Creek, UT. We visited Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Cedar Breaks National Monument, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and other places of interest. All of this was made easier with the use this Garmin. I have Verizon cell service and there was almost no reception anywhere near any of the above locations so using my phone GPS was impossible.

The setup was simple and quick.put in the address and the directions are there.five inch screen is much better and clearer than our 4"" screen was

This was purchased for a grandparent, so it gad to be easy to set up and use. Fit the bill perfectly. Like the lifetime updates.

This is a great GPS, has all the features you'd expect and is easy to use. It has a decent size screen and easy to hear navigator. Works well.

This was a gift for our 18 yr old new driver. She said this is very easy to use and extremely handy. She uses it often and it's good to rely on.

So easy to use. Has several nice added features. I replaced my old GPS with this Garmin. It is nice to be able to find my way home again. HA HA.

Works great, easy to see, nice size screen. Comes with mount. Gives you choices on which route to take.

She hasn't lead me astray yet. Just one time on some back woods trail did she try to get me to turn left when I should've turned right... it was an obvious mistake though, and with some common sense we worked it out together.

We love our new Garmin. It immediately accommodates side stops. The lifetime updates are a plus! We are also pleased with the larger size.

Easy setup for anyone even a beginner Perfect screen for seeing directions and locations of restaurants etc. Nice size for any car or truck.

I have and will only get Garmin for GPS, got this one for father and it so easy he loves it and never has to worry about getting lost again.

This GPS is perfect for the driver who is not very knowledgable with technology. Use friendly. Good screen size. Easy to set up destination.

It's a great tool to have for getting around the big city. Sure, google maps is free on the ol' smartphone, but I sometimes need my phone while driving - even if just for tunes, and I despise being interrupted by directions. The solution - my new garmin. I recommend springing for the friction dash mount, though. The suction cup only works on mild days, too hot or too cold and the whole things is suddenly under the seat during a turn.

Upgraded direction info very helpful.For example, it not only tells you to get in left lane, but which left lane. Takes the guesswork and stress out of driving in unfamiliar territory.
