I find it necessary to have so I am able to find the many different addresses that I have to go to, such as doctors, etc. Without the assistance of my GPS, I would it would be very difficult to find office buildings, etc particularly in areas I am not familiar with. It does a great job guiding me..

I have used it for many long trips, and it keeps me from getting lost. The only issue I gave really had with it is it doesn't update speed limits correctly all the time. I go on a 9-10 drive to the same location every year. The speed limits changed 2 years ago and haven't been updated.

Easy to use as is but more in depth options if you'd like. As you can see from the stock photo, it even displays a simulated image of the exit and lane you'll need which is great for more confusing interchanges.

We returned the TomTom and went with a Garmin based on two other models that we have had. This model has a bigger screen, and we love that it shows a split screen when you're navigating an interstate. It shows what lane you need to be in.
