I bought this because of the color and because it is shock, water and dust proof. The yellow color, because if I put it down, I can easily find it .

Definitely an improvement over the Garmin from eight years ago. Was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. He is very happy with it, so far.

This replaces a Garvin 55 and there are some nice perks. It knows when it goes from one state to another making programming routes easier than my 55.

It has the upcoming road across the top and the current street across the bottom. Perfect for when you need to know where you are at all times.

Replaced my original Garmin with this new one. Really like the split screen with the exit images as well as showing the posted speed limits.

Seems effective in its navigational capacity, but we haven't taken a long trip with it yet. The set-up instructions could have been more easily available.

It has a good size and battery duration. I bought it to use at my home country and loading the local maps was so easy as adding a Micro SD card.

Stopped at Best Buy on the way home from a trip when my car phone map quest wasn't working properly. Purchased a GPS which was a great buy!

Phone service never works through the entire drive to Dallas but my Garmin gave me coverage the entire time and led me to my destination without a hitch!

After checking around i desided to shop at bestbuy because i always felt safe shopping there knowing i could always get assistant if needed.

Overall it's good because it allows me to see gas stations and supermarkets way before I reach the destination it speaks out loud which is convenient

The main thing I like about this device over my older one is the side by side views when exiting. Helps you understand multiple exit ramps.

We have a Garmin for the car and always switched it to my husband truck. So I got him one for Christmas. He was so surprised and loves it.

Maybe I like the nuvi 50LM better because I am more familiar with interface. Sometimes does not give enough notice when having to make a left or right turn.

Bought this after using different gps device on along distance trip. The other one was disappointing. Stick with Garmin. Nothing comes close

took a while to get used to. Different than my last one. Does not use live traffic updates as my previous ones did. Also, when I purchased it, I had a 10% coupon I received as a birthday bonus from my rewards card that I left at home. The salesperson said if I brought it up on his computer, then he could scan it. It did not work, and he claimed it was because of the exclusions in the fine print. When I got hoe, I read the exclusions, and that was not the case.

Easy to use. Does what you need a GPS to do. Not always accurate when it comes to business addresses but I am not sure if another GPS would be different.

What I like the most is that its easy to pick an alternate route so that you don't have to take the highway.

You can use this. Only for around 1 year and after that it stops working due to a faulty in the wire .not the best but for the price okay.
