I used almost all watches( Apple, Samsung, Fitbit, orange theory watch etc. ) Garmin watch heart rate shows 103 beats per minute where other watches and treadmills shows around 150-160. Don’t go for it if you are particular about heart rate.

Not as many watch faces; nor are they as customizable. I purchased both, but after 24 hours, I had to return the Venu 2 Plus. It doesn't look as rugged. Feels like a very low quality watch. I probably would not be so hard if it was not for the amazing Garmin Epix.

I like the look and the feel of this watch. The operating system is difficult for me to use. And for being a gps watch...I had to buy a 3rd party app just to view the gps. The tones are loud and the vibration is strong. Screen is bright enough for me and the watch faces are nice, a lot to choose from as well.

Would have to turn watch off then back on. Tried multiple times to fix it and nothing happened, just keep freezing. Took it back flr a refund.

If my phone rings in one room and I am in another room (even an adjacent room), then there is no alert on the watch. As a result, I missed a lot of calls. Returned to Best Buy.

If you want 7ish days of battery life straight, leave DND on and make it do the watch only turns on if u click a button. Other than that it lasts about 4days. Charging is super fast. I normally just toss it on when I take a shower once a week and it’s good.

Glad I didn’t have to get an Apple Watch just to get what I wanted out of a smart watch. I did buy more comfortable watch bands for this watch.
