Love that it is water proof and also monitors sleep.

Well to tell the truth I have been a little lazy so I still do not know how to use my Garmin - Vivosmart HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate to its full potential, But because I have a heart condition I focus on that use, I have tested it against other hart monitoring equipment and am very pleased with the way it works. All in all I am very happy with all aspects of its use so far.

I absolutely love my Garmin vivosmart activity tracker & heart rate. It tracks my steps, sleep, stairs, calories burned and other activities. My Garmin is accurate and motivating to keep me active. Great purchase from Best Buy at a great price.

Good deal for a smart device that you can use with your phone for much more than just tracking your steps. After having the pixels dissappear off our previous vivosmart bands and not being a fan of the other brands models, we tried this one. Battery life is great, about 4 days with active use including BT to the phone. Waterproof ability was big seller vs other ones. Slightly thicker than previous vivosmart but very clear dispkay which you can change the background to silver with black text or black with silver text. Overall good product.

Great battery life, a lot of cool functions for the price. Only thing is it has to fit snug and it can be slightly irritating at time. Love it and it definitely has contributed to my recent weight loss. Keeps my accountable.

I replaced my Fitbit Charge HR with the Garmin and am very happy with the choice. It is more durable than the Fitbit and I can swim and shower without removing it. I only wish it had 2 alarms like the Fitbit; it only has 1.

I love the Garmin Vivosmart. It does steps, workouts (running, walking, aerobics, other) which keep me motivated. It is water resistant so great to use it for water aerobics classes! It monitors sleep which tells you how deep or shallow you sleep.

Got the Vivosmart HR for my wife. I used it for a couple of weeks & found it to be a great tool for tracking steps, heart rate, timed exercise, among other things. Then tracking your changes on Garmin Connect. It even tracks your sleep. My wife loves it!

I previously owned the Garmin VivoFit and used a POLAR heart rate monitor when exercising. I was tired of wearing the strap and multiple wrist bands during exercise. I also knew I did not need the Forerunner. The Garmin VivoSmart HR is okay. The HR monitor is not as precise as the POLAR strap which I knew prior to purchasing. The setup was easy. It syncs with my Android phone easily. I do have frequent trouble trying to sync it with my MacAir. 2-3 times a week when trying to sync, my watch says "syncing" and goes nowhere. And the Bluetooth indicates that it is not connected and will not connect even though I did not disconnect the Bluetooth. I have emailed Garmin about this issue. They have asked me to contact Customer Service when the issue occurs again. Overall, for the price, the vivoSmart HR works for my needs.

So much more than I expected. It provides the information I need to be successful in improving my overall health. It's comfortable and stylish. Charges quickly and will last a week in between charges. All the other extra features (alarms, email & call notification, weather, music controls...) are just a big plus. Now I have the motivation I need to reach my goal of a healthier new year !

greeat tool for monitoring fitness and health (Heart Rate) Would have made 5 stars if I could be sure of the accuracy of steps counted. Good looking device, fits comfortably and I really like the text and call alerts I receive on it.

Device is great; battery lasts about 5 days (as advertised). App is pretty good (Android); occasionally locks up (not a problem with the device, however.) Only downside of the device is that workouts are automatically assumed to be runs. You can, however, sync with other apps that track other activities (example: Strava for cycling). I would absolutely purchase this product again.

I purchased the Garmin - Vivosmart Hr Activity Tracker + Heart Rate - Purple. I really like the heart rate monitor on the wrist band. It keeps track of my steps and keeps me posted on my sleeping patterns. I would recommend this to a friend.

Great watch with tons of features and you can swim with it. The glass front isn't that durable though and when the water runs across the screen in the shower it presses buttons.

This is a easy to learn fitness watch. Heart rate monitor is great for the gym. Waterproof is nice too for out on the lake or pool.

track exercise and get notifications from FB etc. I really have paid more attention to exercise since I got it. I would only change the display design but it is discreet enough to not draw attention at work.

This is a great fitness tracker that monitors everything from heart rate to number of stairs climbed. I really like that it can display information about emails, phone calls and text messages. Great product.

This was a Birthday gift for my husband. He had a Garmin that was 3 yrs old & he loved it. It was lost in the Harvey flood so I replaced it for him with this one. He likes the hr features & updates. Only drawback is the old one had a battery that held charge for over a year. New one has to be charged about every 5 days.....like my Fitbit.
