Great product, love the functionality and the battery life (lasts 5 days on a charge). The problems are that the heart rate monitor plate sticks out on the bottom so it's not very comfortable. The other problem is that the band is difficult to put on. Also at $149, the price is well worth it.

I'd give it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that it only tracks your steps while walking/running not when you are doing other activities. I do however love the Bluetooth features! I can see all calls and messages through this device as well as skip,pause, or play songs through my iPhone.

Like how it connects to my bike computer and monitors my heart rate.

This device has GPS, heart rate monitor, stress level, etc., which I like very much. I recommend it to beginners and moderate exercisers.

Accurately tracks steps, and distance. Wear it running and walking.

It does all the things a fitness tracker should and is waterproof. True a fitbit has several snazzy features this one's doesn't but for the same price, this Garmin won't belly up if I a) take a shower forgeting to remove. b) wash dishes wearing it. c) get caught in a sudden down pour. Yes there is a waterproof fitbit, but significantly more expensive.

I originally bought this item because it appeared to be a better product than the Fitbit, besides I have a Garmin GPS. I was disappointed that I could NOT adjust the light on the tracker. Garmin's big sell on this is that you can see the screen in sun light, big deal! I could barely see the screen @ night and its only on for a few seconds to conserve battery life. I attempted to find the adjustments on my app settings but there are none. Another downfall is that the tracker doesn't seem sturdy and is a bit bulky. Three strikes there, i took it back and exchanged it for Fitbit HR. I've had it for a little over a month and I'm very Happy with it.

I wanted a tracker that would count my steps, give heart rates and be waterproof. I got it with this device. I didn't need gps or other fancy options so I chose this one. I was surprised and pleased with what it could do.

Once the 'Geek squad switched the information from German to English, it was much easier to use. Provides all the information I need to track my activities and heart rate. It is a excellent tool for tracking my activities.

I had a Garmin Vivofit for several years before it was stolen. That battery only had to be replaced once. So while this Garmin HR is a better product it doesn't have a few things that I'm used to like not having to charge. It also doesn't capture all of my activities and steps. Also, I haven't had it more than a month and the back light has stopped working. Some of the good things include the wrist band. It is like a watch band and much more secure than most fitness tracker bands. You can switch the display width wise or length wise. It shows the basics like steps and calories burned, but it also shows other things like your heart rate, weekly intensity level, number of stairs climbed, phone notifications and even the local weather. It also has a sleep tracker.

Excellent tracker, it's reliable, easy to read and accurate. Definitely recommend this over other tractors

This activity tracker will put a smile on my wife's face this Christmas. The device is small but will allow her to track her heart rate and the number of steps she takes during the day. A great gift to start the New Year.

Hubby got it for to watch his heart rate. It is doing a good job

The sleep feature is basically useless. It doesn't accurately track my sleep or my movements when sleeping. The stairs tracking is extremely inconsist. Sometimes I can go upand down and down the stairs in my house 4-5 times and it doesn't show as any flights walked. Other times a round trip is counted as one flight, which i am okay with if it were consistent. Steps tracked is close enough to being accurate. Setup and connection to my Garmin Dashboard was very easy and the watch itself is very comfortable, even after days of wearing it. the additional features like the weather, notifications, and music from my phone controls.

I was going to Best Buy to purchase a Fitbit but the sales associate recommended this one because it was within the same pricepoint and is almost completely water proof! I have been using it with the mobile app and am incredibly happy with it. Very simple to use and comfortable on the wrist.

I love this thing! I had the older Garmin vivosmart without the heart rate. This one is much better! Love it. The heart rate monitor works perfect!

It works great, very lightweight, and it keeps good track of active and passive calories burned. I love the sleep cycle function and best of all, my text messages and alerts come right to it, which is very convenient.

This is actually my 4th Garman VivoSmart HR Purchase. I like mine so much that I have purchased 3 others for family and friends. Easy to use for all ages, holding up well to my active lifestyle, much more detailed information can be linked to your cell or android device such as sleep patterns, activity times and levels, etc. Love this VivoSmart HR
