Great for heart rate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is great for heart rate and sleep tracking. Steps is kind of iffy...sometimes I move around the office and as soon as I sit down it tells me to 'Move!' but I just sat down from moving so....??

Has Minor Issues, Much More Durable than Fitbit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my mom May 2017 after the Fitbit Charge HR I got her previously stopped working within a few months. It's been almost a year and this watch is still in working condition. The strap is a bit cheaply made: the holder where you stick the strap into broke, so my mom is using a rubber band to hold the strap instead. Bluetooth pairing and syncing sometimes has issues, which is very annoying, but it is nothing that several times of rebooting phone, turning on/off bluetooth, can't resolve. Pros: Great Battery Life Very useful features:Notifications, alarm, etc. Cons: OK app, with occasional Bluetooth syncing and pairing issues

Great HR activity tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my tracker. One of my favorite features is that I can see my messages as they come in. I also love the sleep tracker. I wish it was a little thinner but overall it was a great purchase!

Good fitness tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tracker has served me well. It keeps a charge for about 1 week. I do not use it to track my workouts (running, walking) because it seems to be pretty inaccurate. And I don't really care about cellphone notifications; which the watch doesn't really do well anyway. I primarily use it as a heart rate tracker. When the tracker first came out I would have recommended it to a friend. But now there are several better options on the market that include a GPS, better notifications, and more accurate workout tracking.

Good product, still needs some improvement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Garmin Vivosmart HR is overall a good product. I find the various fitness counters motivating and useful. Accuracy is somewhat lacking - especially around heart rate and flights of stairs climbed, but it is good enough for my purposes. Battery life is decent - generally 4 days before needing a 90 minute recharge. The band is comfortable and pretty unobtrusive from a size perspective The band sometimes loses sync with my Iphone 6 requiring a power down/restart. The band often loses communication with the iphone apps like weather, but re-establishes when synced. The touch screen scratches a little too easily. If you buy this, I recommend some kind of a cut-to-size screen protector.

Mixed feelings
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a decent tracker if the price is right. Loved the water resistance and the Garmin app was pretty good. They even managed to add What's App notifications which was a plus for me. The pulse tracking seemed accurate. The biggest downside was it was a bit too chunky and it completely spanned my wrist. After the second day, my wrist got a bit sore. Otherwise I might have kept it. Finally, the LCD was a bit low resolution, though that wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, if you can wear it without discomfort, it's pretty decent.

Great activity tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I did a lot of research on the Garmin Vivosmart before purchasing. I was torn between this and the vivofit 2. I finally made the decision to purchase the vivosmart and I'm proud I did. I love all the features. The battery charges very fast too. I do take it off when I bathe even though it is water resistant. I love it.

Nice. But not for me.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually ended up returning this product as ultimately it did not fit my needs just right and was uncomfortable. I liked the features. Watch was fine and steps and stairs tracking seemed accurate. Heart rate seemed fairly accurate as well. I found the swimming feature nice but you had to remember to activate prior as well as other cardio. What I did not love was the fit and feel. Was very bulky and stood out. Felt like my eye was constantly drawn to it. The lighting level was not great. Reminded me of an old analog kids watch. But most of all I found uncomfortable, the sensor stuck out and left an imprint on my skin that got sore after a couple days even with breaks so I ended up returning.
