The product itself works great, have had no issue with anything with the actual product. I never take it off other than to charge it. I've had an issue with the device having logged my activity but when it syncs to the app, some activities do not pull over. Like I said great product, just minor issuespecially with the app.

If you are planning on it to sync automatically you will be disappointed. It doesn't make much sense to have to turn on you phone and open your app so that you can see your messages or the weather. Why not just look at the weather app while the phone is in your hand. A bit disappointed but comfortable and easy to use otherwise.

So the following day I called Garmin. Turns out that I was not doing anything wrong, they were having programing problems on their end. It doesn't register activities correctly. For example: I will run my stairs a counted number of times of which I keep track. But the Garmin doesn't correctly record the amount of times. As a matter of fact I'm totally disappointed in this item and if I could return it I WOULD!!

The floors climbed is designed to registered based on a certain change in elevation and grade you’re move at. slim profile, easy HR monitor

So far, so good. I like not having to wear the chest strap to follow my HR during exercise. The profile of my Vivosmart is slim and smooth and doesn't hang up on jacket or shirt sleeves when changing clothes. I am hopeful that Garmin has worked out the fading tracker screen issue that plagued my first Vivosmart.

Status of heart rate kept well
