I am very happy with the Vivosmart HR. It is light enough to wear almost 24/7. This allows heart rate / activity monitoring throughout the day. It sits comfortably on my wrist while both awake and sleeping. Been tracking my activities/sleep for a few months now. I still have not figured out all of the features but the basics have helped me stay on track with my healthy lifestyle program.

I bought this as a gift for my mom to replace her fit bit. She likes this better. Steps seem to me more true and she likes that it is waterproof to wear it in the pool.

The Garmin does everything I hoped it would, tracks my workouts, sleep,the app and the connectivity etc., however the screen is difficult to read in dim/dark light especially compared to my old Polar and new Samsung Gear Pro2. Plus the screen became scratched immediately, again unlike the others.

I loved everything, from the heart rate all the way to the activity setting. The only downside of this, isn't the product itself. But the app you have to download it to receive all your workout calories . It would say totally different from MyFitnessPal and Garmin connect. Beside that my phone kept getting disconnected from the device. Otherwise it was great on its battery life.

Easy to use, purchased for a mother who does not understand technology and she has no trouble using it. Perfect for anyone who needs to moiniter heart rate with ease

Works exactly as stated. Waterproof. I shower with mine every day. Also tracks my sleep, which I needed. Well worth the price. You get so much more than a step counter.

I would truly recommend the Garmin. I like the notification you feel once you have reached your goal. The many things you can track with the Garmin is truly impressive.

Overall I love my VivoSmart HR, I was considering the FitBit but after seeing what they both offer from a features point of view this product is just superior. The smartphone app is awesome and integrates with MyFitnessPal app to track all my information in one concise app.

It worked as expected. Long battery life. Good sleep tracking.

It is very easy to set up. Works great with my Samsung smart phone. Tracks my steps heart rate and then some. Even notifies me that my phone's about to ring b4 hand.

More rugged and reliable, waterproof, battery lasts for a week on a 30 minute charge cycle. The app is great for tracking and reporting your active lifestyle!

I switched from a Fitbit to garmen just to make that comparison and see if the Garmen would last longer than the fit bit did. Garmen works well, I have been using it now for almost a month and I'm still getting used to the app and still have not figured out how to sign in and use my data on my PC. Overall I am happy with it and assume I will get better at using the saw for.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. I have the Vivoactive HR. If you are wanting something a little sleeker and less bulky, this fits the bill. It is a great mid range activity monitor with HR monitoring. If you need more features, you will need to move up to something like the Vivoactive though.

Vivosmart + Android = Good. All music & message app worked compatibly. Vivosmart + IPhone = Bad. Only message work. Music app doesn't work. Vivosmart HR + IPhone = Good. IPhone music only app that will work. Love everything else; HR, message, & so on. Only problem is I have to keep opening the Garmin watch to connect for weather app to work. - Press button watch for option

This item looked great in the description, but was not at all comfortable, it was awkward to read, the instructions were not easy to understand, and no matter what we did and which computer we used, the band would not sync. We finally gave up and returned it for the Fitbit HR which has been reliable and fun to use.

Bought this fitness tracker 9 months back. So far it has been very accurate in terms of steps, flights and heart rate. Very satisfied with battery life as well.

Like that it displays time and date which my last fitness tracker did not have. Like alerts and blood pressure monitor. Overall so far has been reliable.

I love how it tracks, mobility, sleep, heart rate and food intake along with MyFitnessPal. I've lost weight since I bought it as it makes me more health conscience.

I had the Vivosmart and loved it. For what I do I wanted the HR function. It doesn't seem to show an accurate heart rate. When I use machines with built in monitors there is large difference between the machine and the Vivosmart HR. It is much slower and doesn't reach the same level as other methods of heart rate monitoring. The display isn't as bright as the Vivosmart even on max setting. Not too bad but, if the HR function is important to you try something else.

I bought mine because my wife was pleased with hers. It tracks steps, heart rate and all that stuff. I am losing weight and it has a tracker for the progress.
