It has a bit of a learning curve--lots of features, and she only uses the basics. okay for basic tracker

I like to track my sleep and use it to see who is calling or texting at a glance when I'm working out or even have my hand on my steering wheel. With this I could not do either. I had it for I think at least 2 nights and it never tracked my sleep. Said I went 48 hours with out sleeping. Yes, I even customized it to say going to bed 10-8. Due to the fact how they have the screen black and white and the dimness of it I had a heck of a time seeing my notifications. I think if you have a system with notifications you need color. I also did not like the thickness of it. It wouldn't let my sleeve gone down the sleeve stops at the band. If you just want a simple tracker of steps, calories and your heart rate then this would be for you but only if you get it on sale. For the record I have had 2 other trackers and these issues where not an issue with them.

One of best activity trackers

The touchscreen is a nice touch and I really like the heart rate monitor. My biggest complaint is the band, the regular size barely fits a man's wrist and a quality replacement band has been difficult to find. They do make an XL model if the standard one is too small though.

She loves it and has no problems reading it or using it. She wears it to the pool and loves how it tracks her sleep. Her old viviosmart didn't have the heartrate tracker so she's been enjoying that. She just wishes the battery lasted longer between charges.

It really helps to make you conscious of the lack of activity I have lost 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks, 4 pounds may not seem like a lot but it is a great start
