I linked it with MFP app and its been great. The only con is that I cant wear it to bed because I wake up and my wrist is sore. But other than that, I love it.

Finally Worked As I Expected

Considering that it was $50 cheaper than the comparable FitBit, I really wanted it to work. It took about a week before it was really working like I hoped. I also have the My Fitness Pal app, which syncs with the Garmin. It truly does help me in my program to lose weight and firm up in my old age (67).

My first activity tracker and it's a good one

The app is great and easy to navigate and connects to My Fitness Pal with ease. Pedometer is accurate but would probably say calorie burn calculation is off (reads too high.)
