It seems to be pretty accurate except for the stairs, it doesn't calculate stair climbing very well. I love that it's waterproof. Overall I thought I got the best deal for this watch since I only paid $69.99 on Black Friday!

Not crazy about the charger cord, it hard to connect, but all & all it works. My last tracker watch battery needed to be recharge everyday. Only wish it could track dis dance for biking.

Reads well on either side of wrist and performs well swimming laps, running, or biking. LED is very visible in all conditions. Swipe function is very handy. Monitor under watch is comfortable on wrist.

Easy to use

The one thing to note is that when synched with your phone, the battery on your phone takes a hit in terms of usage. I have taken to wearing it when I leave the house and actually do some fitness type activity even yard work. When I am home and just sitting and reading , I take it off and power it down.

I don't like having to take it off every day to charge, the battery needs to be better. And it doesnt correctly count stairs.

Needs to be recharged in 4-5 days. If you wear it constantly then your wrist area may show denting as the back of the band sticks out more to measure heart rate.

Just get a fitbit

I wanted a reliable heart rate tracker that would sync easily with myfitnesspal, sync with my phone easily, and an easy to use interface. I tried it for a few days and it barely acknowledged my heart rate during serious cardio, showing the mid seventies while I ran an 11 minute mile. I had to fight with it to sync with my phone (android), the app didn't feel user friendly, but it did sync with myfitnesspal. I returned it for a Fitbit ChargeHR that is way more accurate and easy to use.

This watch does everything we wanted (step count, heart rate, move reminders). Wish it was a little bit more user friendly otherwise it's great.

Cons: HR lag, stairs count, scratch-ability of the face, also the media controls only work to music app not podcast, Spotify, or any other music type app.

It is my 2nd one and I ha e recommended it to a lot of people. The reason I like it is because of the notifications, which vibrates the watch when you get an email or message and you can. Read it without getting your phone out. I also like the Garmin connect app,it is great to be able to set goals and keep yourself motivated.

Counts step, up hill separate from flat terrain. Tells me the distance I walked. Notifications from emails received, in among phone calls and texts.
