I also frequently use it to see how well I slept the night before. I do wish it would notify me when I need to charge the battery... significant vibration or something I wouldn't miss. Would buy again in a heart beat...

It has really helped me reach xstep goal . Had a couple of problems with Bluetooth but overall good experience.

I think it's great for my girlfriend as well who has to leave her phone in her purse at work and she can glance down at her Garmin to see who is calling or texting. Best purchase I made this year so far bought 2 more of them for gifts

They really like the heart rate monitor and they both wear them everyday. My dad goes to the gym every day but my mom is much less active. It’s a great watch for all lifestyles and levels of fitness!

It has great features, as do some of the other brands but this is truly waterproof. This is what made me choose this over Fitbit. If she had to take it off to swim/shower she would most likely loose it. My husband & I will be purchasing ours soon.

I work in a restaurant and constantly submerge it in sinks full of water with no problems. Like other sports watches you will only get an accurate heart rate if you are not moving. Love this product and would highly recommend.

It is very practical and can be worn everyday with versatile attire. It provided great information with the tracking app that is loaded onto your smartphone and it also gives text message and email info. Calls too!. Very functional and economical!
