Only had this watch about a week... I have however went swimming with it on and it worked just fine while in the pool and no issues after!

I have had my tracker for almost two weeks and I love it. I had been looking for a waterproof hr tracker so that I can still use it when I'm swimming and this fit the bill perfectly. I even like that when connected to the app I can see my local weather.

This is to replace 3 Jawbone UP's which failed in succession. This seems much better built and has an integral Heart Rate monitor that works. Only downside is the crazy pricing on a replacement charge cord and the necessity to recharge every 4 or 5 days.

He is very pleased with the garmin unit. Liked it more than the other one available.

Garmin is a trusted brand compared to others and this item works great. It keeps a charge for the entire week. I'm satisfied with my choice.

I order this for my daughter, I bought it because I didn't like the reviews for fit bit. This was on sale and she is happy with the product.

Love this activity band. It has so much you can do with it. It monitors heart rate as well . The app is great. And connects to another app to easily track calorie intake. Absolutely awesome. Have already recommended this to all my gym buddies. A+

Got this for my wife. She loves the color and how easy it is to use.

Easy set up and pairing with iPhone. The screen could be a bit brighter even with the brightness all the way up. Otherwise it tracks well

It's great that it notifies you when you receive a phone call or a text, otherwise it would have been great if it was water proof.

Bought this for my fiancee as a gift. She loves the ease of use and the ability to track. Only drawback is I got the + for myself and she likes mine better! Otherwise to start your fitness plan would recommed.

I love this Activity Tracker so much bought another for my husband. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's a great item. Counts steps, stairs, water resistant, can get your messages from screen, has an alarm, counts calories burned.

I recently upgraded from the Garmin Vivosmart without the HR monitor to this one, and while it is good, I do have some issues with it. Sometimes it thinks I am going up stairs while I am not and then sends me the alert that I met my goal for stair climbing... and sometimes vice versa, I am doing stairs and it doesn't give me credit for one. Staying connected to my phone (Galaxy S7) also seems to be a challenge as it loses the connection and it sometimes hard to reconnect. Other than that, it does what it is supposed to do.

Best Buy is the only place you can purchase the Garmin VivoSmart HR. I bought it online, studied the manual and checked online to understand how to work the various options on the watch. Part of the purchase included help from the GeekSquad at BestBuy on how to operate the Garmin so I made an appointment online for my local store (Kingston, NY). When I got to the store the next day for my appointment, they didn't know I was coming (said "computers were down"...isn't that ironic). The person I spoke to didn't know anything about the Garmin, downloaded the manual onto his phone and proceeded to read it to me. When I told him I was most interested in why it wasn't tracking any "Intensity minutes" (even though I was doing very intense workouts), he did a search online and found a forum where other people were having the same problem. He suggested I buy the FitBitHR because it seemed to have better reviews. However, to get a refund for the Garmin I would need the receipt and original box (which I no longer have). It was very discouraging because I drove 45 minutes each way for the 10 minutes he spent with me (and he spent a good portion of my time trying to sell me a different product). When you make an appointment online, you state the details of your issue. They (the GeekSquad) should be prepared for your visit. If they are the only ones who sell the product, they should be familiar with it and able to answer your questions. I was very excited about the Garmin, couldn't wait to get it. Now I feel like I'm stuck with a mediocre product and made a mistake when I purchased it. I'm figuring out how to use it but not thanks to anything provided by Garmin or BestBuy.
