Good but...

Loved the sleep function But since my sleep patterns are not always the same I feel like the data was a bit off. I ended up returning it and purchasing the forerunner 15 model because I really wanted a more accurate activity trAcker while running so I don't have to use my phone. If you want an activity tracker this one is great.

Her activity has increased because as she puts it "it yells at me to move, so I do." I'm just glad to see her getting more active.

Tracks steps, includes barometric altimeter, and touch screen display. Bought for my wife. It seems better than Vivoactive due to integral HR feature. I haven't tested any of the features, so not sure of accuracy. It seems the altimeter is supposed to determine number of stairs climbed, but doesnt appear too accurate based on comments from wife. Liked enough that I also bought second unit for mother.

Being able to obtain a lot of information from the unit itself (as opposed to needing the app) is a nice feature. The only negative is that there appears to be a delay between when an action is taken (step, staircase, etc.) and when the unit recognizes that action. Also, the unit does not record the steps that I take when holding onto a treadmill handle.
