Good, robust activity tracking watch.

The reason for this purchase was I wanted to see how it would compare to my previously returned fitbit HR 2, and the answer is reasonably well. In fact, I enjoy the look and feel of the actual watch itself; it is of the same quality. The only lacking aspect of this activity tracker is the user interface with the Garmin app, but its not terrible, just not as good as fitbit.

It also alerts for phone. The numbers for time/steps/miles are easy to read. It keeps a charge. And it keeps me on track!

I had an older Garmin Activity Tracker and it was getting very hard to read. This one looks nice on the arm as well.

Very easy to upload data to my laptop, and review data using the Garmin Connect App.

It monitors heart rate, steps, floor climbs, sleep. It also have phone notification which is great and easy.

All the devices work seamlessly together together making it easy to track both the calories you consume in the calories you expand. The notification features help you stay active and healthy. And everything is collected in the Garman connect app. It makes getting into shape fun.
