If the device looses the Bluetooth connection for any time length more than a few minutes, it isn't always easy to reconnect it. I like the way it syncs automatically, but would prefer a replaceable battery rather than having to take it off to charge it every 5 days.

Absolutely horrible. Do not buy

The heart rate monitor is a raised square with sharp edges under the face of the tracker that cuts into your skin. The band will not sit flush against the wrist bc of this and is always awkwardly raised. It hurt and left an indent in my skin no matter how loose I made it. The display was also awkward to read. I returned this and bought a Garmin forerunner instead. I am very happy with that purchase. It is waterproof unlike fitbit and tracks everything I need and the app is great. It is comfortable and is designed like a sports watch. Go with the Garmin forerunner instead.

The sleep tracker is great, and seemingly accurate. The only features I find it is missing in a running watch is a timer or a stopwatch feature. My only major complaint about the watch is that the vibration alerts are loud and draw attention in quiet meetings.
