I just put a small load in once a week and leave it. I tale it out when its done and generally it is dry enough. I don't like to over dry my clothes because that is hard on them. I love the fact that I don't have to baby sit my laundry.

It seemed so easy based on the marketing and product description, but is deceptively not. I called GE and after 30 minutes on hold and speaking to a supervisor all they could offer to help was a copy of the installation guide. Make sure you have a pipe wide enough to capture the water draining or you will be wasting your money on a unit you have to return - or worse, that causes a flood..

We recommend disconnecting the unit from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often help with an issue. Troubleshooting tips for your model are available starting on page 23 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to solve the issue with troubleshooting, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393.
