Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t recommend this because upon installation we learned the unit drains at 9 gallons of water per minute which is too excessive for a bathroom sink and risks backing up. It seemed so easy based on the marketing and product description, but is deceptively not. I called GE and after 30 minutes on hold and speaking to a supervisor all they could offer to help was a copy of the installation guide. Make sure you have a pipe wide enough to capture the water draining or you will be wasting your money on a unit you have to return - or worse, that causes a flood..

Great for only two, busy people. I can put a load in morning and clothes ready when I get home from work. Can put another load in and will be ready in morning.

We recommend disconnecting the unit from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often help with an issue. Troubleshooting tips for your model are available starting on page 23 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page.
