The hoses were not in the box and Best Buy would not help me with that. They told me to go buy a set at Best Buy for over $60. I said, I paid extra for this model so that it wouldn't happen. They said to contact the manufacturer. So, I did and now the manufacturer will send me the hoses in the near future. Also, my delivery was late by several months. What a wait to do laundry. LOL (PS: This item is soooo heavy!!!!) Two strong people had trouble with it.

We bought it for our 5th wheel and it’s extremely violent and loud. When it’s spin drying it shakes the whole camper and will walk 15 feet across the floor and break the water line and power line because it’s so aggressively spinning. Don’t buy this trash. We are literally throwing this unit away and we paid $1600 plus $400 for warranty.

The unit was super loud on spin cycle and moved across the floor. Made my newly installed tile and grout black and scratched the walls. I'm disappointed.

This is a Best Buy problem not actually with the washer dryer that we didn't have the chance to try yet.
