I have not had any major issues with it, other than getting used to operating it. I would say that is going to be a common element of most appliances. I am single so I probably didn't need the largest capacity model but it's not a bad problem to have.

Noisiest Machine Ever

I would not have purchased it if I had the opportunity to listen to it. I am 74 years old so I have had quite a few washers in my lifetime and this is by far the noisiest machine ever. It actually sounds like gears are rubbing against each other .. back and forth...back and forth. It cleans and dries the clothes...even the dryer has to put forth a little gear noise. I looked it us and apparently this noise is normal so I will keep it because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return. I would not recommend this machine strictly because it is too loud!

FANTASTICPURCHASE

Love it. Directions were so simple to follow for both the washer and dryer. Washer runs great as does the Dryer. So convenient. Both are nice big units for washing large loads if needed. This was a great purchase.
