Overall I am very satisfied with my experience so far. The unit is easy to install and easy to use. Price was fair and comparable to other units available online. I have had the unit for a few weeks and have not had any technical issues, nor issues with the quality of the wash cycle or drying time. I tend to use cold water and lower heat settings, and for that, the unit is great.

It’s made for small spaces. I love my new laundry room. The dryer is so quiet it’s works good!

It took us a while to understand how the GE stackable was different from our old washer/dryer. It made more noise than we expected. But once we understood how and why is worked the way it did ( we had to call a GE tech because we thought the machine was broken since it made loud noises during agitation). It works fine in terms of cleaning an drying the laundry.

Very happy with the product. The delivery was excellent. The workers were professional and worked fast and efficient.

Makes too much noise. Otherwise it is OK, but does not quite fit my space and hookup.

The washer has a large capacity equal to the size of a side by side full size washer. The knobs and features are easy to use and it does a great job washing and drying with plenty of various settings.

This model began not spinning the clothes initially. Even though it was brand new. The warranty covered someone to come out and diagnose the issue and fixed it. The dryer seems to take a couple cycles to really dry the clothes well. Overall I’m unhappy with this purchase compared to my 20 year old washer and dryer which has never given me problems.

So far so good! Bought this to replace a GE stackable that was a little smaller. It has a good capacity (especially for a space saving design) and does a good job of washing & drying.

Tub load does not allow for enough water when you set it on expected level. For medium loads, you have to set it for large loads. And unless you choose it, it really doesn't give you a full rinse cycle.

Open box just like new. No difference except for the price. Functions 100%

It looks small but it does good size loads. It spins so well it makes drying time shorter. Highly recommend this unit especially for small spaces.

Best Buy had a quick delivery. Machines work wonderfully. The installation was easy and the old machines were taken away. Very happy with the service and product.

This machine is different than my last one. It waits a minute then fills up, it doesn't fill up with enough water, for small loafs you have to select medium to get more water to cover your clothes. When I first used it I did a small load of towels and the whole machine started shaking and moving in my closet. I had to stop it and rearrange the towels. Yesterday a pair of shorts with a drawstring wrapped around the middle of the fins and started banging and all lights were flashing until I fixed it. I'm scared to do a load of laundry without watching it!!
