This time, they scheduled the delivery on a different day, 3 days before the haul-away. The unit arrived with water in it (seems like it had been used). The kicker—the washer “start” button literally broke on the very first wash! I couldn’t believe it. See photos—the button is NOT supposed to indent like that. It literally got pushed within/behind the outside casing. It’s supposed to remain out, like the dryer button.

The second delivery, I chose to down grade colors to white, it saved me quite a bit of money until the delivery men broke the almost to the ceiling lamp in the hallway. I love the product.
