Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was a rough ride the first one I bought was a complete lemon It took a yr almost to the day to receive this one but Im very happy with it GE was wonderful to work with and Best Buy stood beside me I had purchased a warranty and Best Buy honored it on my new one That was very important because I purchased the 5 yr warranty and they didn't have to transfer it over but they reimbursed me for it so I was able to buy a new one for my new washer Thank You Best Buy for your honesty and doing the right thing

It shakes the whole building during the spin cycle and the noise is crushingly loud. The spin cycle runs for about 20 minutes. I had to send the first one back because neither the washer nor the dryer worked. Also, the Best Buy employee who called about the installation was extremely rude.

Trying to be proactive, I did my research and bought this one from Best Buy. Store employees, Marcie and Stan were very helpful.

It took a few minutes to adjust to the basics, and so far so good. The only drawback has been that it’s a little taller than I thought it would be. I believe in the brand and don’t anticipate any problems. Looking forward to a long, lengthy use of this purchase.

The washing machine is so loud during the wash cycle and it almost sounds like the washer is having a hard time spinning inside the machine. Not only that, I tried washing a single towel and because it can't be balanced properly, the machine started shaking as if it was trying to take off into the moon. I am returning this washer/dryer combo as it is terrible and i would rather spend more money on a more quiet one.
