Everything is wrong with the washer, they dryer is fine. The washer stops washing in between washes, it doesn't fill up water like it is supposed to with just a medium to large load, I had to put it on super load to do that. I washed just 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet and 2 pillow cases and both sheets had spots through out that never came into contact with water. When it washes, the machine makes loud noises the whole entire time and it sounds like the machine is broken, sounds like it barely wants to wash. The machine stops washing randomly during a wash and starts back up again. It appears that the machine doesn't wash the clothes, as you are looking at, it just slowing turns around in circles, I dont believe my clothes are clean. I honestly think this machine is damaged or just plain ole bad, will be contacting best buy tomorrow.

Although the water level for all new washers has been lowered to meet new energy and water regulations, they are designed to accommodate these reduced water levels and provide excellent cleaning results. We’re sorry this is not your experience. Your washer will generate a certain degree of sound. A knocking (metallic knock, double knock, or metallic clunk) noise during agitation or spin is a normal sound. Thanks for the feedback. -Mikayla@GEA
