One does need to ensure that the washer load is balanced or it will begin to shake violently. Which is the only drawback I have seen. It washes and dries well.

Rinse spin cycle does a really good job of pulling out the majority of water. Dryer is fairly large. Overall happy with it so far. Delivery was on time and the installers were very professional.

Door on dryer would not stay open. Sent same techs out to fix door and level. Tech climbed on ladder to put plate on and left. Went to use washer and will not drain. Do not know if pinched my drain hose but have washer full of water and will not be here for 4 days
