Fills with water constantly. Bought it Best Buy but they wont do anything to make it right they just tell you to contact GE. Would NEVER purchase again and don't recommend to others.

Posted .We want to help you with your unit's washer not working. We recommend checking that the drain hose is not kinked or improperly connected. Make sure to straighten the drain hose and ensure the washer is not sitting on it. The top of the drain outlet should be less than 8 ft (2.5 m) above the floor. Additionally, make sure the unit's power cord is plugged securely into a working outlet, and perform an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and then turning it back on. It just sits, clicks and leaves clothes in water; have to press button to start again. Called BestBuy service department (800#) and they would not do anything about it and had to call GE under manufacturer's warranty. Issue still not resolved. The only thing good about this particular machine is the "space saving" for small areas and delicate loads. If you have heavy loads and extremely soiled clothes such as construction workers or lawn maintenance; DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

If the dryer is taking too long to dry, please disconnect power to the unit at the main power supply and check the venting going to the outside. The venting needs to be clear in order to blow the moisture outside. If the dryer is still humid after the cycle, this indicates a blocked exhaust. We hope this helps! Dont ever buy a GE. 1st off, the washer sounds like its going to take off. The dryer rips your clothes. I have been dealing with Best Buy and GE for 5 months and they both refuse to do anything!!! Worst miatake of my life!!!
