    It was a excellent and smooth delivery and pick up. I just wish it worked with my venting system. But I have no complaints as it wasn't on you guys that my landlord didn't create a hole for the vent.

    The new only problem is downy liquid showing up on clothes when done. I dilute downy in cup prior also. ???dont know what to do ? Seems it’s coming out at end of rinse cycle????
