Washer does not fill up with enough water , When washing bulky items washer starts thumping can’t open have to turn it off and guess what does not go back to the cycle have to start over again I es t to return it

If you are hearing a thumping sound in your unit, this could be due to the fact that your unit is out of balance. It is important to not load too much or too little into your washer.
