Leaked on first wash. Set it up 48 hours after the return window ended, and GE won't send anyone out to repair it. Easy way to spend $1400 and get nothing. If you have $1400 and want to risk, I suggest you fly to Vegas, put it ALL on the roulette table, and bet on black, at least then you have more chances of getting your money's worth.

The closing mechanism fails at times. Had to readjust.

It’s so new and works so well, I sometimes have problems where the dryer door won’t stay open while I put clothes in. It’s annoying to be hit in the head constantly. I assume the door will start staying open better, the older it gets. Owned for about 8 months

I tried to fix the washer in several attempts but couldnt. Now i m not sure if i would have to get rid off the whole thing since only the washer is broken down.

Paid $1,553.03 in August 2021 for product, delivery, and installation. 828 days later (actually 820 when it first quit working. Thats $1.89 per day. Seems like way too much money for a hunk of non-functional metal that takes up a lot of space. Washer starts, squirts some water, and does nothing else.

BB gave me a damaged & used washer, when first time i took it out, water came out from the machine, that means it’s a return product, a second hand one, not brand new. When i plugged it to start a load, it never works, my handyman said it’s broken inside. I bought it on May 23 and open it to use on June 23, so the website says it’s overtime to return.

Three machines and a fourth scheduled. Even when I explained that I was mobility impaired. There was No priority assigned for scheduling delivery.

Bought because it fit where I needed it. Had to have washer repaired within first (2) months. Now barely over (2) years old. Dryer is now on 4th part. I have been (4) weeks without a dryer. Today is the 3rd in home visit. They just keep throwing parts at it.

Washer is excellent but dryer spits out lint all over the door, clothes are not drying in one cycle, need to dry twice.

Well, I have only washed 3 wash rags to try out machine. Washing seemed o.k. however when I put them in the dryer to try out the dryer made a horrible sound. Sounded like I was drying a bowling ball. After 2days and literally 3 hours waiting on the phone I finally got a person who could help. We will see if the replacement comes as promised. Not holding my breath. Seems that Best Buy needs to step up their customer service.

Not happy with this purchase. I still have the new washer/dryer after one week waiting for it to be picked up. Best Buy had to send a repair man to see if it could first be fixed. He found the dryer motor is broken, the washer motor is broken, and other issues were found. It came like this.

Less than 1 year and the washer drum is making a loud banging noise. Not quite sure if it was installed incorrectly or manufacturing issue.

Please don’t buy this unit. Rods went out within a month of owning it. Rods got replaced, broke again in 3 washes and now it needs a new motor. Just stay away! I’m hopeful GE will just buy the unit back

Their contractor measured again. Consultant said to have smaller unit but, after 2 days, I have received no contact. Per request, item was picked up 08/15/2019. As of 09/08/2019 still awaiting refund. And, still shopping for washer & Heritage46dryer. Cannot speak to function of this machine. It was not used.

It was dented when delivered. I called customer service and was told that I didn't call within 15 days so could not return it.

The washer broke after 7 loads of laundry and flooded the hallway. 2.5 HOURS of being transferred for department after department I got it resolved. I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone for a manager to get back from lunch break. They don’t care about their customers. They can’t deliver replacement for 15 days. I’ll never buy from this company again.

I've tried 2 different units and neither one has a working dryer. I'm highly disappointed and STILL AFTER 6 weeks can't use them unit that I've purchased. I'm now waiting on a third dryer unit (a different model) which won't be here until the end of October. :'( . The purchase date shown is the SECOND UNIT. My original purchase date of the original unit. was the beginning of August

Since first use made a loud sound in drying mode. It was returned to the store.
