    From day one the washer agitator didn't work, and no rinse cycle. After several calls to GE, with no call backs, they've informed us they don't have anyone to repair or replace in our area. How on earth is this acceptable from a company that makes millions off the hard working folks?

    This needed complete repair and drum replacement after 6 months. Beyond Repair now drum issues again. Had to wait for 3 weeks to get parts.

    Dryer stopped working less than 2 months after delivery and I live alone so I do not do that many loads of laundry. SOOOO FRUSTRATED!
