Worst purchase ever! DO NOT BUY.

I called to get it replaced....can’t complain about that with Best Buy people the washer/dryer was replaced and the same thing happen again dryer making loud grinding noise. 2 replacements and now I went back to the store to get a complete different model. GE was disappointing!!!! I went back to front load washer/dryer.

Don’t ever plan on washing a fitted bed sheet and a small throw with this. It will throw your whole washer out of balance and will slam and bang around then stop working and you have to physically pull the sheet out and wring it out because the washer can’t do it. 2-3 pairs of jeans and a sweatshirt….forget about it. Maybe a SINGLE pair of jeans and a SINGLE sweatshirt. I can not stress enough. Do not buy this washer/dryer combo. You will be extremely disappointed and very unhappy with it.

The delivery service chipped my paint and scuffed my walls and brand new wood floor. Further, the team did not finish the installation job so my machine is still disconnected. This has now gone on for weeks and taken up a significant amount of my time in reschedules and paying for the damage on my home to be repaired. I'll think twice about ordering from Best Buy again.

Agitator stopped, water leaks and seams torn 3yrs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 3rd time I used the dryer it pulled stitching out of a blanket, and happened 2 other times in the 3 years I've owned it. The washer started leaking water out of the bottom when I put the machine on large load after about 2 years. Now the agitator has stopped working and clothes come out soaked. Washers and dryers are supposed to last 10 years not 3... the dryer doesn't seem to work as well either. Now if I don't fix it I'm out a washer and a dryer.

No longer covered under warranty as it has been over a year. Doesn't wash very well either, not worth the money!

BB replaced with 2nd one. 3 months later tub began rusting, Best Buy said to call manufacturer (GE). Ge sent repair tech out, he said tub is metal not stainless and bleach is corrosive. He ordered new tub (same material) and when installing, agitator would not come loose, ended up ordering an agitator and transmission. I contacted Best Buy to replace unit, they said 30 day return has expired. Best advise I can give if you purchase this unit is to buy an extended warranty. (And don’t use bleach).

Worst appliance purchase ever.

After several calls to GE, with no call backs, they've informed us they don't have anyone to repair or replace in our area. How on earth is this acceptable from a company that makes millions off the hard working folks?

dryer doesn't work less than 2 months
