The unit is easy to install and easy to use. Price was fair and comparable to other units available online. I have had the unit for a few weeks and have not had any technical issues, nor issues with the quality of the wash cycle or drying time. I tend to use cold water and lower heat settings, and for that, the unit is great.

The only thing I’m not liking is when adding liquid detergent it can at times “stain” clothing. It does come out in another wash but it’s still not desirable

It made more noise than we expected. But once we understood how and why is worked the way it did ( we had to call a GE tech because we thought the machine was broken since it made loud noises during agitation). It works fine in terms of cleaning an drying the laundry.

Bought this to replace a GE stackable that was a little smaller. It has a good capacity (especially for a space saving design) and does a good job of washing & drying.

For medium loads, you have to set it for large loads. And unless you choose it, it really doesn't give you a full rinse cycle.
