The first unit stopped working after the tenants used it twice. Had to return and get a new one delivered. Keep our figures crossed the 2nd unit works fine.

Water accumulated and did not drain properly. The technicians did not try operating the machine at installation. My tenants have called the repairman to fix it. Neither Best Buy nor the Geek Squad has come to fix the problem. All of this in spite that I bought 5 years of extended warranty. To date, 12 days have passed and nobody assumes responsibility

Water wasnt hooked up properly. I couldnt fix it so the came back week later to correct. Then left the unit completely unleveled leaning against the wall. Said they would fix never came back. Called said they would be out monfay but order not in system. Waited on hold for 1 hour finally get another redo. To find out order not in system. Earliest appt now 3 weeks from install date. A $50 bedt buy gift card doesnt make up for people not doing their jobs. I regret going to bust buy.
