Great washer and dryer I’m in love with mine! Had a great amount of space fits lots of clothes

I like the unit finally got one that works the first one they didn’t hook up right set off my smoke detector. The second one they did some thing when they moved it back in. It sounded like all this metal grinding so I finally got another one so far. OK, the managers from the Best Buy store were really accommodating

We have purchased four of these for different properties and will continue to use them. It is space saving yet can handle large loads. Unlike front loaders, it's easy to move wet clothes from washer to dryer and the unit doesn't aquire an odor over time like the front loaders!

Washer and dryer are larger than expected. Both the washer and dryer are pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the unit was dented pretty bad on the dryer & I had to take the top of the dryer and bang out the dent in order to use the unit. Units have plenty of settings. Units are plenty big for a small family.

great for limited spaces. Hold a good size load. Does a great job with the dryer. I own rentals, and have purchased 12 of these. A good buy.

Excellent washer/dryer twin. Capacity is more than our previous whirlpool. Multiple settings/preferences for the cycles. Best Buy technician was able to install it quickly.

Great space saver but noisy when running otherwise clothes come out nice and clean.

Only used a few times so far but works great so far. Fits in the spot needed fine.

Very good product for small spaces works great had to go buy an additional electrical power cord I was given the wrong one for the unit the one I was given was for a stove

Thought the first one that was delivered was defective. Washer turned on but the dryer did not. had this one delivered and had same problem. Person installing it said that there must be a problem with the electric outlet. Turns out there was. You need a 110/240 line for it to work properly. My old dryer just required the 240. Once I had the 110 installed, it worked perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with this combo. Washer cleans perfectly and the dryer the same. What more can I say? It does what it is supposed to do, and does it very well.

Everything works great can load from small to extra large loads controls are durable and many ways of using them powerful machine and sturdy great job.

washer is a little loud otherwise a great machine.

So far so good the washer dryer is self contained fitting in a very narrow space and does a great job. In one of the reviews I had read the customer reported rust in the top of the unit which I believe was more likely caused by customer neglect. I always leave the washer door up so that the washer can adequately dry which I believe prevents this from occurring.

Washer/Dryer works beautifully, my only complaint is that the dryer lint tray is very small, and the washer does make a weird "grunting" noise when in the wash cycle. However, those are "manageable" issues, and I am very happy with the purchase.

The machine is is great. Fits in my small laundryroom and is about the same capacity as stand alone units. Only issue I have is being swindled by the store manager into purchasing hoses although they came with the unit. Instead of telling me they were included he emphasized they weren't and since I did not have any I would need them. This unit once opened and about to be used had hot and cold hoses included. The washer and dryer are superb though. I now have extra unsused brand new non returnable hoses.

Washer is great! Big, holds large loads. Dryer works great but after about 10 loads push button start stopped working. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for service

Washer and dryer are great for the price. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. The only issue we have is that the set can be louder than we would like it to be. Great purchase for those living in an apartment like us!
