Rinse spin cycle does a really good job of pulling out the majority of water. Dryer is fairly large. Overall happy with it so far. Delivery was on time and the installers were very professional.

I bought this machine 5/2024 and its 11/2205 and the motor is leaking oil amongst many other issues. The cost to repair is more than a new machine, which I assure you will not be this one. Beyond frustrated at this purchase.

Door on dryer would not stay open. Sent same techs out to fix door and level. Tech climbed on ladder to put plate on and left. Went to use washer and will not drain. Do not know if pinched my drain hose but have washer full of water and will not be here for 4 days

It just sits, clicks and leaves clothes in water; have to press button to start again. Called BestBuy service department (800#) and they would not do anything about it and had to call GE under manufacturer's warranty. Issue still not resolved. The only thing good about this particular machine is the "space saving" for small areas and delicate loads. If you have heavy loads and extremely soiled clothes such as construction workers or lawn maintenance; DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

If the dryer is taking too long to dry, please disconnect power to the unit at the main power supply and check the venting going to the outside. The venting needs to be clear in order to blow the moisture outside. If the dryer is still humid after the cycle, this indicates a blocked exhaust. We hope this helps!
